Salon Owner and Stylist - I have been the proud owner of Urbanbleu Hairsalon for seven years and in the hair business for over 15 years. I have two daughters, two dogs, three cats and one husband. My favorite color is yellow and I love my job and my loyal clientelle. I specialize in dimensional color, precision cuts and short styles. I have been trained through Oribe, the Bumble and Bumble University, Eufora You School, The Experience by Kuene, Davines World Wide Hair Tour in Miami, The Davines Educator Program, Schwarzkopf, American Crew Men's Grooming, Transformation Extension System, and Brazillian Keratin Treatment System.
Hillari Ross
Stylist - I am 32 years young and a passionate hairstylist. I always try to put the customer's needs first using my education and experience. My background is with Oribe, Eufora, Kevin Murphy, Davines, Redken, Schwarzkopf, and Aveda. I am always full of life and am committed to making Urbanbleu the best salon experience for our clients. I have been a dedicated member of Urbanbleu since day one and love to watch it grow. I can give you whatever style you want, whether it be short and sassy or long and luxurious with a beautiful color to complete your look. On a personal note, I have three beautiful children and am happily married. I have two dogs that think they are people. I love the lake and being outside. I wish Rogers, Arkansas was somewhere in the Carribean.
Jennifer Hawthorne
Stylist - I am a Rogers native and I've always had a passion for hair. After college, I moved to Dallas to attend the prestigious Toni and Guy Academy. During this period, I learned many progressive cut and color techniques. I enjoyed my brief stint in Texas but am so excited to be back. Some of my favs: music, fashion, traveling and food. All in all, Urbanbleu is such a great environment and I am thrilled to be apart of it. It is my ultimate goal to help every client find a style that best suites their personality and lifestyle. If there was one word to describe myself it would be LEGIT.WORD.
Tiffany Chanhthala
Stylist - I have been in the ever-growing hair industry for 24 thrilling years; 6 years, that is, if you only count from when I received my cosmo license. I leared my hari tricks and tips at Paul Mitchell the School - Arkansas in the city of Fayetteville. I love any opportunity to watch and learn from other stylisit or attend a hair show; expanding my knowledge of this constantly changing industry. I enjoy a fabulous blow-out, clean and edgy men's cut, and dolling up any bride-to-be for her special occasion. I'm also obsessed with fashion and Luke Bryan; my boyfriend is currently learning to accept this. Anyways, get in my chair!

Stylist - I have always wanted to do hair and make people feel beautiful. My passions in life besides hair are all things goofy, animals and traveling. I was born and raised in Rogers however, I love the opportunity to meet new people and try new things. I went to Paul Mitchell in Fayetteville where I learned from the best of the best. I am certified in Kett Airbrush Makeup, Oribe and Keratin Complex Blowout Treatment and I take any opporutnity to expand my knowledge of hair. I have been a loyal Urbanbleu client since the beginning and I am thrilled to finally be a part of the gang. We are a close knit group of ladies that have great love for life and a passion for hair. I am blessed beyond belief with a wonderful family and friends. I would be honored to get to know you and make you feel your best.

Salon Manager - I was born in Fayetteville and raised in Jonesboro. I graduated from Sam Brown's Institute of Cosmetology in Columbia, MO. After, I moved to Little Rock to work a few years before returning bact to Fayetteville. I am 28 years old and the mother of a rambunctious, sweet, fun-loving young man named Mason. We love anything sports related or involving being outdoors. I am a die hard Razorback fan and love being back in Fayetteville for the game day atmosphere. I have found my work family here at Urbanbleu. I love working with the crazy gilrs here. I currently manage the salon while taking classes at NWACC, but I plan to get back into cosmetology within the next year. I have been re-inspired to do hair while watching the ladies I work with everyday create amazing and beautiful hairstyles. Come visit us and see for yourself!
